The Person Behind It

I come from within — after 20 years of managing hotels, opening new properties, and leading the growth of a European operation from scratch to over 2,000 employees in 14 countries.

In 2024, I took all the knowledge, experience, and standards I had accumulated in the hotel world — and built a new management model from them: sharper, more focused, more efficient, and one based on full personal responsibility for every detail.

Thus, ANCHOR was born.
